  • We collect personal information about your visits to the Website, including but not limited to traffic data, location, web logs, survey content and content from contact forms, and other information and resources you access. The collection of said personal data will facilitate your visit to the Website in the future, as we will be able to suggest relevant content for you based on the location from which you access the Website.
  • We collect all the information you send us when you use our contact forms (“Contact us”, “Send us a message”, “Book your appointment”, “Request a free consultation” or “Contact us”).

We do not make any automated decisions in the framework of automated processing, including profiling, which lead to legal effects on you or similar significant impacts on you.

We might keep your data for longer than the necessary period and thus fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations. This period is usually 2 years.

Marketing messages

Only if you have given your consent will we send you marketing messages via e-mail.

B2B communication: When you represent or act on behalf of a company or any other legal, private, or public person – you provide us with personal information by contacting us as a client or potential client, you allow ProLex (we) to send you marketing messages by email. In this case, the processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest as a legal basis for the development of our customer database and for the presentation of our services or future services that may be of interest to you.

If we send you promotional messages by e-mail, you can opt out of receiving any further promotional messages by clicking on the “unsubscribe” function in the e-mail message. You can also exercise your right to unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at vlatka@prolex-osc.hr and providing the following information: your name, email address, contact phone number, promotional messages that you wish to exclude from receiving.

Sharing with third parties

In order to facilitate the efficient use of your data and provide you with the best content and / or services, we are sometimes obliged to disclose your data to third parties. However, this is only possible in the following cases:

  • With Suppliers, Contractors and Agents: From time to time, we may engage or employ other companies and individuals to perform certain tasks for us.
  • Totohost d.o.o. (hosting our website)
  • Virtus design, owned by Davor Blaguški (maintenance of our website content).

These persons will only have access to your personal data for the purposes of performing their functions, which they may not use for any other purpose. These recipients will be required to comply with contractual privacy and confidentiality obligations.

It is about statistical data about the search and search patterns of our users that do not contain identification data about an individual.

For the same reason, with the help of a cookie file stored on your device, we can collect general information about the way you use the Internet. Cookies serve us to improve the website and to provide a better and personalized service.

If your computer is used by other people, we advise you not to select the offered option “remember my data” to store certain information you have entered.

Do we transfer your data outside of Croatia?

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, sending information over the Internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information sent to the website or to any third party. Your rights. How can you access, correct, and delete your personal data?

In the event that we process your personal data, you can gain access to your personal data and certain information about how we process it. In certain cases, you can request that we send you a copy of your data in electronic form. In some situations, you have the right to request the transfer of your personal data.
  • The right to correct your personal data: If you prove that the personal data, we have about you is incorrect, you can request the correction of incorrect personal data relating to you
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): In certain circumstances, you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data relating to you. You can submit a request to delete personal data relating to you at any time, and ProLex (we) will assess whether your request for deletion should be approved. The right to erasure is subject to legal rights or obligations that we may have to comply with in order to retain data. In cases where, in accordance with the law, we determine that the request to delete your personal data should be approved, ProLex (we) will do so without undue delay.
  • The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data: In certain circumstances, you have the right to first restrict the processing of your personal data or to object to certain data processing for reasons relevant to your situation.
